Lil’ Kim – Offenders of Boob and Butt Ban at Grammys

Lil' Kim may not necessarily be making an appearance at this year's Grammy Awards but you never know. Her barely there turquoise number looks more like she's competing in a figure skating competition not the 2004 Grammy Awards -- where she wore this dress. With the girls hanging out and excessive skin showing, she probably wouldn't get through the entrance on Sunday without being told to change.
