Justin Timberlake Drops ‘Take Back the Night,’ Preps New Album
Ready to get your two-step on? Justin Timberlake unleashes a new song, 'Take Back the Night,' just in time for the weekend.
"Ain't no time like tonight," he sings on the sexy number. "Tonight's the night / C'mon surrender / I won't leave your love astray." The song, produced by Timbaland, has an upbeat, pop feel reminiscent of the late Michael Jackson.
'Take Back the Night' is from Justin's upcoming 'The 20/20 Experience -- 2 of 2.' The sequel to 'The 20/20 Experience' is slated for a Sept. 30. According to the official press release, the album will feature 11 all-new tracks as well as a special surprise from Justin.
“I originally recorded a massive amount of material and decided on the 20 tracks that I wanted on the album over a year ago. But, when I was mixing and going through all of the songs there were so many that I loved -- I couldn't resist... I had to throw in something extra on the second half," he says of the effort.
