The festivities continued on day two of the AfroPunk Fest in Brooklyn on Sunday (Aug. 25). The day’s main acts featured hip-hop icon Chuck D as well as Questlove, Big Freedia and numerous others.

The legendary Chuck D of Public Enemy headlined the Red Stage with a powerful performance which included anthems such as ‘Bring the Noise’ and ‘Fight the Power.’ His set also featured him criticizing and burning various mainstream publications like The New York Post, Rolling Stone Magazine and The Source while onstage.

The prince of Bounce music, Big Freedia, stole the stage early on and had everyone twerking both onstage and off with his swagger and New Orleans sound. Other acts on the Red stage featured Danny Brown and DJ Roofeo.

The night ended over at the Green stage with a DJ set by the incomparable Questlove of The Roots. Other artists who graced the stage earlier in the day included The Coup, K-OS and more.
