Hip-hop and R&B was well represented on the final day of the Made In America music festival Sunday (Sept. 1) in Philadelphia. On a blistering hot day, Macklemore, Solange, Kendrick Lamar, Miguel and Wiz Khalifa brought the heat to the summer stage.
The 2nd annual Made in America Festival in Philadelphia boasted an array of great performances Saturday (Aug. 31) -- including the queen herself, Beyonce. The R&B superstar closed out the first day of her husband Jay Z's music fest with an exciting 90-minute live show.
The festivities continued on day two of the AfroPunk Fest in Brooklyn on Sunday (Aug. 25). The day’s main acts featured hip-hop icon Chuck D as well as Questlove, Big Freedia and numerous others.
