When Kat Dahlia got out of an unhealthy relationship, she did what any other female artist would do.  She wrote a song about it. From the moment she started turning her feelings into lyrics, she realized that music was her future. She started recording material in 2012, and was soon signed to Vested in Culture, a sub-label of Epic Records.

By December of that year, she released her first single, 'Gangsta,' and debuted the video for the song, which is set in her Miami hometown.

The Cuban songstress is set to release her debut LP, 'My Garden,' next year. Although she's a newbie, Dahlia clearly has the potential to make it big, making her definitely one to watch out for.
