2012 New York Fashion Week – Lil’ Kim Face Transformation

When Lil' Kim attended Nina Skarra's Spring 2013 show during Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week in 2012, she wanted to make sure to look chic with a simple and more conservative outfit.

However, it looks like she brought back her look from the press conference she held in 2004. While her eyes look great and wrinkle-free, that pout and bronzer can't save the fact that she has lost her cheek bones.
