Although Lil' Kim looks beautifully "normal" in this photo, this is probably the most shocking one.

While we expect bad plastic surgery jobs or way too much makeup, her look at the screening of 'Marc Jacobs & Louis Vuitton' at the Tribeca Grand screening room on Jan. 31, 2008, does not look like the Kim we all know and love. Despite this, you can't deny she looks great.
