2004 Press Conference – Lil’ Kim Face Transformation

Despite the perjury charges against her earlier that year, Lil' Kim went for a demure and classic look with an up-do and minimal makeup when she held a press conference to talk about her innocence in 2004.

Aside from the cleaned-up look, the sky-high cheekbones she had the year before have clearly smoothed out. Looks like she didn't make her Botox appointment before this event.
