Pusha T’s ‘My Name Is My Name’ Is Available for Streaming
Pusha T's 'My Name Is Name' is the last scheduled major rap release this year beside Eminem's 'Marshall Mathers LP 2' in November. Pusha's solo debut did better than Drake's 'Nothing Was the Same' in the leaks department, as only a few snippets and officially released singles were heard up to this point. Now 'MNIMN' is available for streaming courtesy of Myspace.
The hype has been building since Kanye West dropped Pusha T's immaculately produced 'Numbers On the Boards' earlier this year. After over a year of delays, fans finally get to hear the Clipse's lyrical half take command of the spotlight.
Some other attention-grabbers are Joaquin Phoenix producing the intro and album highlight 'King Push,' the stark and provocative deluxe edition cover and the massive amount of features. Out of the 12 tracks on the LP, only the first two are without features. The features include fellow G.O.O.D. music signee Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross and Re-Up Gang co-member Ab-Liva.
Pusha T recently revealed in an interview that he's already working on a sophomore album entitled 'King Push,' despite the long wait for this one. He's planning on finishing it shortly after 'My Name Is My Name' officially drops.
'My Name Is My Name' hits store shelves on Oct. 8.
