Jim Jones Arrested for DUI

Jim Jones likes to 'Fly High' in his songs, but the Harlem rhymer was busted for allegedly driving high.

TMZ reports that Jones was arrested early Tuesday morning (Oct. 2) after cops caught him speeding on a New York highway. Law enforcement sources say police pulled Jones over around 2AM in the Bronx and when they approached his Chevy Impala, the rapper had bloodshot eyes and looked disoriented.

Furthermore, the Vampire Life leader failed his sobriety tests and then refused a breathalyzer test at the police station.

Jones was eventually charged with driving under the influence of drugs, which, reportedly, was marijuana.

The last time Jones had a run-in with police was back in February at his home in New Jersey. Apparently, the rapper got into an argument with an officer over his car being parked illegally and was arrested for disorderly conduct.

His attorney had no comment on his most recent arrest.
