Frank Ocean’s ‘Pink Matter’ Remix Gets Love From OutKast
For those of you yearning for an OutKast reunion this is about as close as it gets. The dynamic duo appear together on the remix to Frank Ocean's ballad 'Pink Matter.' Big Boi let the song loose last week on his Soundcloud page.
The original tune only featured Andre 3000 but General Patton added his bluesy rhymes about a tryst with a former flame. "She was the perfect h--stess / When I come over, we would do the grossest / Most beautifulest things on a bed of roses / It would be the coldest when you hit the hardwood floor / We sippin' Yak, not mimosas / She's in my naked lap, going ham like she supposed to," he raps.
Three Stacks follows with his verse about missing the passionate lovemaking he and his ex-lover once shared. "Since you been gone / I been having withdrawals / You were such a habit to call / I ain't myself at all / Had to tell myself naw / She's better with some fella with a regular job," he spits.
This should hold fans over until OutKast decide to get back in the studio again -- whenever that will be. In the meantime, you can cop Big Boi's latest album, 'Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors,' in stores now.
