Chrisette Michele is feeling much better after she was hospitalized Tuesday (Feb. 19).

A rep for the 30-year-old artist told Hip-Hop Wired that the R&B chanteuse was hospitalized for a "stomach infection" that required her to visit the emergency room as a precaution. Her ailment was inaccurately reported as a ruptured appendix. "She is doing well and in good spirits," the rep adds. "She thanks everyone for their thoughts and prayers."

Michele went to Twitter to thank her fans for their well-wishes. "I adore my fans. Thank u for your prayers and well wishes. I'm gonna be just fine. Ouch. Soon. I'm trusting The Lord. Xo," she tweeted.

Well, this is certainly good news. As far as Michele's prognosis on joining Keyshia Cole's upcoming Woman to Woman tour, it appears everything is a go. The two R&B divas will start their trek on March 28 in Westbury, N.Y., and wrap it up on April 21 in Cole's hometown of Oakland, Calif.

In the meantime, Michele is prepping for the release of her new album, 'Better,' which hits stores on April 30. The set's lead single is 'A Couple of Forevers.'

Feel better, Michele! We can't wait to see you on the Woman to Woman tour.
