What do Big Sean and Juicy J have in common? Not only are the two rap superstars dropping their new albums, 'Hall of Fame' and 'Stay Trippy,' respectively, today (Aug. 27), they also graced the Source Magazine's 16th annual Power 30 issue.

Inside the special issue, which profiles the most influential (and powerful) figures in hip-hop, Sean and Juicy J talk about their rise to power.

For the 25-year-old Detroit native, it was a long road for him to become 'Finally Famous.' However, he believes that he still has plenty work ahead of him to earn his respect.

“I’m still young but, you know, it’s crazy going from the level I went from to the level I was at," Sean tells the magazine. "Say you found somebody freestyling on the street right now. And they’re a kid. Then, in a matter of a few years, he’s on songs with Jay Z. That’s a long way. It takes a lot of improving and getting better at making things happen.”

Meanwhile, Juicy J has been ruling the rap game since the late '90s when he was a member of Three 6 Mafia. Now a solo artist, the Memphis native proves that longevity is the key to success in the music business.

Hitmaker Dr. Luke, who executive-produced 'Stay Trippy' and shares the Source cover with Juicy J, feels the veteran rapper is anomaly in the business.

"Juicy J hasn’t changed his name or style and he’s still relevant," he states. "I don’t think that kind of thing happens to ordinary people."

The 'Bandz a Make Her Dance' rhymer adds that he's not afraid to get out in the streets and hustle his product like he did back in the days when he was starting out.

“I went down to Atlanta, got out the car, and passed out mixtapes with my street team," says Juicy. "I was telling them, ‘Look, I’m not ashamed to get out here and show you how I used to do this back in the day."

You know what they say, "All work and no play makes you... a very rich man."

The Source's 16th annual Power 30 issue -- featuring cover stars Big Sean and Juicy J -- will hit newsstands in New York Aug. 29 and nationwide Sept. 3. Go cop 'em both!
