Earlier this week, Jay-Z announced he would release a new album, 'Magna Carta Holy Grail,' through a partnership with Samsung, which would allow the company's phone users to receive an advanced copy of the LP before its July 7 debut. However, not everyone is excited about the news. DJ and producer A-Trak took to Twitter to share his thoughts over the veteran rapper's new project.

"That Samsung s--- is corny," A-Trak wrote via Twitter.

Fans quickly flooded Twitter with comments on A-Trak's diss. "Atrak is a f---ing hater" shared one and another threw in, "Kanye? that you?" because Ye would probably not want to get overshadowed by his 'Big Brother.'

Others applauded the Canadian's tart honesty with sentiments like "thank you" and "The homie @atrak made perfect sense in his argument re: this Hov move.Reality is, Hov has never given a fukk about the anything but the $$."

According to the Wall Street Journal, Samsung has already pre-ordered a million copies of the album to give out to Samsung Galaxy users for free -- they'll receive the LP on July 4, three days before its official release. Galaxy users must download the official Magna Carta app on June 24 to receive Hov's record for free.

1 million Samsung Galaxy fans will be able to download the app on June 24 and get the album for free on July 4, three days before the rest of the world does on July 7.
