Getting her start on the sixth season of 'American Idol,' Jordin Sparks wowed audiences week after week and eventually won the title. She dropped her debut album in 2007, which also released one of her biggest singles to date: 'No Air,' her duet with Chris Brown. Not only did the song make it to the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100, but it also earned her a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals.

Her sophomore album, 'Battlefield,' released in 2009, and spawned two more hit singles, 'S.O.S.' and the title track.

Sparks has also proved she had other talents outside of singing. In 2008, she collaborated with Wet Seal to create a clothing line called "Sparks." She also caught the acting bug and started making guest appearances on TV shows. In 2010, the songstress did a 12-week stint on Broadway as Nina Rosario in 'In the Heights.' She also starred alongside the late Whitney Houston in the movie, 'Sparkle.'

This year, she's working on new music and recently released a brand new love-inspired ode, 'Skipping a Beat.' Sparks is currently crafting her third album.
