Treach, ‘Tribal Treach’ – Mixtape Review
Treach of Naughty by Nature fame is venturing solo again with his new mixtape, 'Tribal Treach,' released today.
The mixtape includes features from Prince AK, 050, Garden State Greats, Doitall (from Lords of the Underground), Shay, Vita, Big Dueja, Finsta, B Wells, Fam and Trigga Tribe. Tracks like 'My Way or the Highway' may sound like an upbeat anthem once the beat hits but the lyrics find Treach giving stern advice to friends ("Don't show your ass no mo'") and warning others ("Give me respect that I deserve, don't greet me sneaky").
The mixtape can be downloaded here.
The rapper's last studio album as part of Naughty by Nature was 2011's 'Anthem Inc.' He was also recently featured in Ice-T's 'The Art of Rap' film.
Tonight, Treach and his Naughty by Nature crew will appear during the Detroit Pistons' halftime show at 8 p.m. ET.
