Toni Braxton – Offenders of Boob and Butt Ban at Grammys

We're not too sure if we can call Toni Braxton's white ensemble in 2001 a dress. However, it did make a statement in Grammy fashion history. While she clearly has the body to pull off this Greek toga-inspired frock, this is a big no-no for the 2013 Grammy Awards.
