Justin Bieber Defends Lil Twist Amid Arrest

It's no new friends for Justin Bieber. Despite ongoing issues with his buddy, rapper Lil Twist, Biebs won't let his friend go.

TMZ shares that the pop superstar refuses to cut ties with the YMCMB rapper (or Lil Za) because he considers them "true friends."

Apparently, people inside the singer's camp have encouraged him to kick the rappers out of his Calabasas home and blasted them for being bad influences on him, but Bieber won't budge.

Yesterday, Twist was arrested for driving Justin's luxury car and charged with DUI. Twist has had a long history of issues involving Justin's fleet of luxury cars. Earlier this year, Twist reportedly crashed one of Biebs' rides and in January, he was pulled over in the singer's white Ferrari and a paparazzo was killed trying to snap a photo.
