J. Cole and Wale Team Up for What Dreams May Come Tour
J. Cole and Wale are teaming up for a performance trek that will hit major cities in late summer and fall.
The 'Born Sinner' creator made the announcement of the What Dreams May Come tour via Twitter this afternoon and supplied dates that begin as early as Sept. 10 in Miami and ends Nov. 2 at a location that is TBA.
Cole teased the event prior to making the big reveal, posting three photos with artwork featuring the words "What Dreams May Come," before actually stating that he and Wale would be touring together.
It's no surprise that Wale and J. Cole will be hitting the road as a duo. Both rhymers were introduced to the rap game about the same time and both released albums in June -- Wale 'The Gifted' and J. Cole's 'Born Sinner.' They are also both affiliated with Roc Nation -- Cole is signed and Wale managed by the company -- and the two have collaborated on numerous cuts together, including Wale's 'Beautiful Bliss' from his debut album, 'Attention Deficit.'
The tour could possibly be named after the 1998 film of the same title starring Robin Williams, which brings back memories for '80s and '90s babies.
Check out the dates below to see when J. Cole and Wale will be coming to a town near you.
