A mixtape king of sorts, Fabolous dropped his seventh effort, 'The Soul Tape 2,' in November, right before Thanksgiving. Over the chilled out beats, the rapper provides clever lines on the typical topics of success, his native Brooklyn and, of course, the various philosphies and lessons learned from relationships.

The tape features production from Grammy-award winning Streetrunner, Brooklyn's own Teddy Da Don and AraabMuzik, among others. Trey Songz and Joe Budden join the effort while on ‘Louis Vuitton’ with J. Cole, the two rhyme of ditching materialistic women -- these chicks “gotta go.”

The effort was a solid feeder for fans who anxiously await Fab's first album in three years, 'Loso's Way 2: Rise to Power,' tentatively scheduled to drop later this year.
