Fresh from his stellar performance at the 2013 Grammy Awards, Bruno Mars is taking his act on the road. The singer-songwriter will embark on his Moonshine Jungle World Tour this summer.

Although dates and venues have yet to be announced, he will hit major North American cities like Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Houston, Denver, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Nashville, Toronto, Washington, D.C., and many others. British singer Ellie Goulding will be Mars' opening act for the trek.

Meanwhile, Mars made a 16-year-old fan's dream come true recently. Emily Torres posted a video on YouTube asking Ellen DeGeneres to help her get Mars to be her date for her school's prom.

While Mars couldn't attend the Michigan teen's prom, he did surpriseTorres, who was sitting in the front row of Ellen's show on Tuesday (Feb. 12), by bringing the prom to her. He took the shocked teen by the hand and led her onstage, where Ellen's crew put a snap-on dress and tux on Torres and Mars, respectively. Then, the couple slow danced to 'Always and Forever' by Heatwave.

"I tried to keep myself composed because I didn’t want to be crazy and forget everything that happened,” Torres told the Times Herald about her experience. “But when I got in the car and went back to the hotel, I got to the hotel and I was bawling my eyes out. I still can’t believe it.”
