Ho! Ho! Ho! It's Santa T.I.! The Atlanta rhyme-spitter brought some holiday joy to young patients at Detroit Medical Center's Children Hospital on Wednesday (Dec. 12).

Along with Detroit Lions footballer Ndamukong Suh and local radio personality Big Greg, Tip came with a bag full of toys, donated by radio listeners as part of Detroit's Hot Toy Box initiative, and passed them out to eager kids. Not only that, the children also got the chance to take pictures with T.I., which probably made their holiday even more joyous.

The altruistic rapper has been in the spirit of giving this holiday season. He recently teamed up with the military veterans charity Veterans Empowerment Organization of Georgia (VEO) to launch GIVE Like a King, which helps homeless veterans with essential needs. T.I. is expected to hold a press conference on Friday (Dec. 14) to discuss his campaign's global initiative for 2013.

In addition, T.I. will give fans an early Christmas present when he drops his eighth album, 'Trouble Man: Heavy Is the Head,' on Dec. 18. The 16-song collection features appearances from Lil Wayne, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Andre 3000 and Cee Lo Green.

Merry Christmas!
