Flo Rida is in hot water over child support for a son he initially denied fathering.

The Florida State Depart. of Revenue filed legal papers on behalf of the child's mother, Gloria Holloway, to request the rapper to pay up, TMZ reports.

The rapper claims that he took a paternity test that came back negative, but it seems that was all a front. In order for the Depart. of Revenue to intervene, the claim for child support must be uncontested.

Translation: Flo Rida denied his baby in public but not in court. Shame.

The courts have requested his financial records to determine just how much he will have to pay.
