While everyone was sleeping, Drake released a new single early Thursday morning (March 7) titled '5AM in Toronto.'

Produced by Boi-1da and Vinylz, Drizzy unleashes rapid-fire rhymes about his position as one of the top rappers in the game.

A worthy sequel to his 2010 song '9AM in Dallas,' the Canadian rhymer drops several ear-catching quotables on this dreamy synth-driven banger. "You underestimated greatly / Most number ones ever, how long did it really take me?" he spits in his long verse with no hook. The answer to that question is two years.

Elsewhere, the Grammy-winning rapper takes subliminal jabs at his foes (*cough* Chris Brown) with this line, "I got a gold trophy from the committee for validation / Bad press during the summer over allegations / I ain't lyin', my n----, my time is money / That's why I ain't got time for a n---- whose time is comin'."

Then Drake addresses his No. 5 slot on MTV's Hottest MC List. "I made Forbes list, n---- / F--- your list, everything’s looking gorgeous / Without me, rap is just a bunch of orphans / But if I stay in this s---, there's a bunch of corpses," he raps.

We could go on and on with the amount of quotables the OVO leader spits on this song. Drake's headstrong rhymes on here may be flagrant but no one can question his truthfulness. Call the police, because this was a murder rap.
