The new year is putting 2012 to shame with the hype around new releases. Rapper Big K.R.I.T. is boarding the ship, announcing his new mixtape, 'K.R.I.T. (King Remembered In Time),' will arrive in the coming months.

In an interview with 3 Little Diggs, K.R.I.T. revealed a few new deets surrounding his upcoming projects. One is he and producer Mike Will Made It, who joins him on camera below, are collaborating heavy and making what Mike proclaims "legendary 2013, 'Sippin on Some Sizzurp.'"

K.R.I.T. usually handles beat production and mixing on his albums. But on his next LP, he will be taking a step back and letting some other talent behind the boards while he handles his job in the booth. Mike Will will definitely have placement on the next studio album.

"I ain't gonna tell you the name of the next album name, but I will tell you the next mixtape, 'K.R.I.T. (King Remembered In Time)', be on the lookout for that. There will be production from [Mike Will] on that, if he'll bless me with that, " K.R.I.T. explains.

His debut album, 'Live From the Underground,' released last June and his last mixtape '4eva N Day' dropped last March.
