After debuting this song at Hot 97's Summer Jam concert Sunday (June 2), 2 Chainz releases his new single, 'Feds Watching,' featuring Pharrell Williams.

The track has a trap-inspired bounce but is more soulful and melodic -- trap soul, maybe? Skateboard P sings the infectious hook ("I'ma be fresh as hell if the Feds watching") while Deuce spits luxury rhymes and punchlines.

"This Armani, this Givenchy, I parachute you / I'm so fly I jumped out the air wearing Gucci," he raps. "I'm raw, talking California rolls / Smoking California weed with California hoes (Truu!)."

2 Chainz is currently working on his yet-to-be titled album, which is slated for a Sept. 10 release.

According to the 'I'm Different' rapper, that's going to be a good week for him since his birthday is on Sept. 12.

"Yeah, man, I'm a Virgo so that should be cool, man," Chainz told MTV News. "And I just found out [Floyd Mayweather] will be fighting the 14th, so that's gonna be a good week, man."

"We should all celebrate the week of the 10th man, I'm just really... adding gasoline or adding steroids to what I was already doing as far as locking down the club, locking down the streets," he added. "Just really giving it to you from my heart man and also enjoying life, enjoying getting this paper. You feel me?"
