An arrest warrant has been issued by a Mississippi judge for the presumed late rapper Tim Dog. Although the Bronx native allegedly died in February, due to complications related to diabetes, a Mississippi prosecutor believes he is still alive.

"I need proof," said Steven Jubera, a prosecutor in Hernando, Miss., during a News Channel 3 WREG interview. "I need a death certificate showing that he’s dead because as far as I’m concerned, he’s alive."

At the time of Tim Dog's passing, the rapper was ordered to pay back Esther Pilgrim, whom he scammed out of $32,000. The 'F--- Compton' rhymer reportedly owes more than $2 million to several women he conned before his death.

However, information regarding his passing seems to be non-existent. Pilgrim feels that Tim Dog faked his own death to get out of paying her back.

Even Ultramagnetic MCs' rapper Ced Gee told WREG that he refused to give a eulogy at Tim Dog's funeral because the rapper's family couldn't produce a death certificate. He also added that the funeral may have never happened.

Meanwhile, Pilgrim believes that Tim Dog is pulling his biggest scam yet.

"This is amusing to him," she said.

If Tim Dog is indeed alive, this will go down as the most outrageous story in hip-hop. He'll also be headed to jail once he's found. It's going to be interesting to see the outcome of this bizarre story.
