Mack Maine has been formally charged with two felony charges of sexual battery and aggravated assault and battery. The charges stem from an Aug. 21 incident in Oklahoma City, Okla., where he allegedly groped a woman and punched another female.

As we previously reported, two unidentified women claimed that the Young Money executive attacked them on a tour bus after a Lil Wayne concert.

According to court papers obtained by TMZ, Maine invited Rachel Reed and Caliey Maddox onto a tour bus after the show. While Maddox was using the bus' restroom, the rapper allegedly put his hands down Reed's dress and "grabbed her right breast" without her consent.

The report states that when Rachel and Maddox tried to get off the bus, Maine "held the door shut." Eventually, the 31-year-old rapper did allow them to leave. When Maddox turned around to call for Reed, that's when Maine punched her in the face, knocking her down to the ground.

Maddox later had surgery at a local hospital and she told police that her jaw had to be wired shut for six weeks in order for it to heal.

There's no word on when Maine would have to appear in court to answer the allegations against him.

Attorneys for Mack Maine had no comment on the matter.
