Attention hip-hoppers! LL Cool J is hitting the road this summer and he's bringing a few powerhouse acts along with him. The GOAT is headlining the Kings of the Mic tour with co-headliners Public Enemy, Ice Cube and De La Soul.

The North American trek kicks off May 23 in Tucson, Ariz., and will hit cities like Las Vegas, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, New York, Cleveland and Houston before wrapping up in New Orleans on July 5.

LL is touring in support of his upcoming new album, 'Authentic,' which hits stores April 30. The rapper-actor hasn't toured in quite some time but felt this summer was the moment to give the fans a helluva rap show. "This album and tour are for you. Thank you for being there from day 1," said LL.

The Kings of the Mic tour has something for everyone on the bill. Fans can hear some vintage gangsta rap by Ice Cube, along with the groovy sounds of De La Soul.

The tour will be extra special for Chuck D and Public Enemy. The influential hip-hop group are celebrating their 25th anniversary in the rap game. In addition, P.E. will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year on April 14.
