Lil Wayne – Artists With an Executive Title on Their Resume

To be fair, Lil Wayne's Young Money imprint isn't a major label but he sure does run it as such. The Young Money Cash Money Billionaires imprint is under the Universal Records umbrella but with the label's uber-success over the past few years, it's safe to say that Weezy is quite the executive, all on his own. Founded in 2005, YMCMB has experienced a myriad of huge accomplishments, most notably the careers of Nicki Minaj and Drake. Most recently, Tunechi has brought DJ Khaled's We the Best Music Group into the Young Money fold and the first project from their joint venture will be Ace Hood's fourth studio LP, 'Trials & Tribulations,' slated for release later this year.
