If you thought Joey Bada$$ wasn't going to respond to Lil B's diss song 'I'm the Bada$$,' think again. The Brooklyn rapper dropped a retaliatory track called 'Don't Quit Ya Day Job' today.

The smooth track, which samples Janet Jackson's 'That's the Way Love Goes,' was produced by Lee Bannon and features Joey spitting rapid-fire zingers aimed at the Based God.

Joey says he was offended that B didn't go harder on his diss song, so instead, he's going to ether the Bay Area rapper.

"I got an issue with this little Shih Tzu / I'm a pitbull / Lyrical missiles that won't miss you / Rip open your tissues / Make your jazz boys miss you / Make no sense to diss you / So I dismiss you," he raps.

At the end of the song, Joey big-ups some of the Bay Area rap legends like Too $hort, E-40, Hieroglyphics, the late Mac Dre and Lil B, himself. "The Bay Area, causin' mad hysteria," he screams.

On Twitter, Joey also wanted to make it clear that he was done feuding with the Based God... well, sort of. "It doesn't matter how irrelevant this s--- is… he came at me and I came right back.. n---- u hit [me] once I hit you twice.. straight," he tweeted. "[I'm] done with the topic tho.. thanks for the promo… practice dummy ass n----!"

We have a feeling that this lyrical diss-a-thon is far from over.
