Candice Glover, who listed Drake as one of her "top 5 favorite things in the world," got a huge surprise when the rapper showed up on 'American Idol' last night.

The '5AM in Toronto' artist first congratulated Candice in what Ryan Seacrest first presented to her as an audio recording.

"I'm so proud of you," the rapper said before he emerged from backstage to hug and greet the overwhelmed singer in front of the cheering 'Idol' audience.

This special moment was setup by Nicki Minaj, who looked on like a proud mama.
