The Lox are officially back. The legendary New York rap collective release a new song, 'Summer's Too Hot,' along with an accompanying video.

In the visual for the Scram Jones-produced track, the Lox throw a house party to fight off the New York City heat wave. Styles P is on ice duty and nowhere to be found.

"Haha REAL RAP is ALMOST back and I LOVE it!!! # don't get scared now," tweeted Jadakiss earlier this month.

The trio's debut LP, 'Money, Power & Respect,' dropped in 1998, and quickly became a fan favorite. The group defected from their Bad Boy Records label in the late '90s. Members Jadakiss and Styles P enjoyed solo projects thereafter.

'We Are the Streets 2,' their first album in 13 years, is set to arrive later this year.
