Kid Cudi is unstoppable. With 80.27 percent of the vote this week, his song, 'Immortal,' has won the Rap Battle for the third consecutive week -- beating out Danny Brown's 'Kush Coma,' which only came away with 19.73 percent of the vote.

Cudi's 'Immortal,' off his forthcoming LP, ‘Indicud,’ is about perseverance and taking a chance to do something big. “I got my lion heart and electric flowing through my brain / Shocking waves make me feel I can float / It’s like the city is mine and the dark is my cave / I can’t explain this sudden peace in my walk,” he delivers.

Welcome this week's opponent: Tyler the Creator's 'Slater.' The Odd Future frontman teams up with fellow group member Frank Ocean and gets some guitar help (so we're told) from Dave Matthews on this new track. The song is the second single off Tyler's forthcoming album, 'Wolf,' set to release April 2.

Tyler's lyrics seem to explain how he got into hip-hop or how he started writing songs and how his life has changed. "Guess I win, checks started cashing in / I stopped rapping and started asking, 'Where my f---ing passion is?' / Probably where that f----- went (Who?), Tyler talking father problems / Shocky s--- he spit to popping topics in a gossip column," he rhymes.

But in the end he just wants to ride his bike -- see artwork below.

Will Kid Cudi hold it down long enough to get into the Hall of Fame next week? Or will Tyler the Creator's 'Slater' stand in his way and take the win? Vote for your favorite track in the poll below. Remember you can vote once per hour until the poll closes on Thurs., Apr. 4, at 10 a.m. ET.

Rules of Rap Battle
Two hip-hop artists compete against each other each week. The triumphant artist goes on to compete in the next Rap Battle. If an artist wins four straight Rap Battles, the song will be honored as immortal in TheDrop.fm Rap Battle Hall of Fame.
