Jay-Z's 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' has already been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. On Tuesday (July 9), reps from the RIAA presented Hov with his very own platinum plaque.

"It's official #MagnaCarta... Holy Grail is certified platinum by the #RIAA #newrules #factsonly," reads the caption for the photo posted to the Roc Nation Instagram account.

This monumental achievement marks Jay-Z's 12th platinum album to date.

Although the RIAA is letting Jay-Z be great, Billboard is still maintaining its policy of not counting the rap mogul's 1 million pre-orders from Samsung. With hard copies of 'Magna Carta' in stores today, Billboard is reporting, however, that the album is on track to sell 350,000-400,000 copies by the end of Sunday (July 14).

No matter how you count them, it looks like Jay has sold well over 1 million copies of the 'Magna Carta Holy Grail.'

On the in-your-face track, 'Somewhere in America,' Jay-Z has an answer for those whose arithmetic is way off.

"By the way, f--- your math / You ain't gotta count it my n---- I can add / 1 million, 2 million, 3 million, 20 million / Oh, I'm so good at math," he raps.

Congrats to Jay-Z on his 12th platinum album!
