32: RaVaughn – Powerful Women of 2013

Although RaVaughn is still a newbie, she is a voice that is one to watch out for in 2013. Calling Ne-Yo a mentor, the Los Angeles native gained stage experience by singing backup for Brandy, Keri Hilson and Keyshia Cole.

Her song, 'Same Ol' BS,' has already been released on the 'Think Like a Man' soundtrack last year. She also released an EP called 'Love Always... The Introduction.' Recently signed to Motown Records, she showcases her chops on 'Better Be Good,' featuring Wale. With all she's done so far, the only natural step for this budding artist is to release her first LP. In March, she offered a sampler of 'Love Always,' the name of her debut release.
