Congratulations, B. Smyth! The R&B newcomer wins this week's R&B Sound Off. His track 'Leggo' competed against Donell Jones' 'Forever,' earning 53.94 percent of the votes. A close score considering Jones earned fan votes equaling 46.06 percent.

Now the Motown Records signee's 'Leggo' goes head-to-head with RaVaughn's 'Better Be Good' featuring Wale. The R&B songstress is signed to Ne-Yo's Compound University through Columbia Records. This song is featured on her forthcoming debut album, 'Love Always.'

On the soulful, uptempo track, RaVaughn lets a man know he has to prove he's good enough to have her love. "If I'ma give you this ooh damn, sho 'nough keep a man at home when I put it on/ You better be good to me... If I'ma give you this Lord have mercy, keep you thirsty / I'ma need you to prove you're worthy," she sings.
