Like the song title conveys, the video for 'You Don't Know My Name' presents Keys as a diner waitress who's smitten with one of her customers -- a regular who comes to her workplace for lunch. Throughout the video we see her going through the motions of what happens when the two see each other outside of the restaurant. We even catch Alicia Keys on the phone spilling her feelings for Michael Harris, played by rapper, actor and fellow New Yorker Mos Def.

While we think that there is a chance for the two to get together, it's revealed that this was all in the singer's head. And although they do meet again when he comes in for lunch, it isn't anything more than a waitress taking a customer's order.

Not only was 'You Don't Know My Name' a top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100, but it also won Keys a Grammy for Best R&B Song in 2005.
