Wiz Khalifa’s Lawsuit Against Gig Promoter Dismissed
Earlier this month Wiz Khalifa was set on receiving compensation for a show that was suddenly canceled.
However the 'Roll Up' rapper will have to forget about taking the show's promoters to court.
According to TMZ, It's My Party -- the show promoter -- claimed he did not sign a contract that would essentially have paid Khalifa $85,000 plus a portion of the profits for the show.
Other sources reported that the promoters claimed that low ticket sales and the lack of a formal contract prove that Khalifa's claims are false.
The Taylor Gang camp has yet to respond to the case's dismissal.
