Wiz Khalifa has slapped a promoter with a lawsuit for canceling a show hours before he was set to perform.

According TMZ, the Pittsburgh rapper is suing It's My Party, Inc. for $1 million over the incident.

In his suit, Wizzy claims that the promoter hired him to perform at George Mason University for $85,000 plus a cut of the profits in ticket sales. However, he canceled the rapper's gig at the last minute. The Taylor Gang leader also said that the incident had ruined his reputation.

We are kind of amazed that Wiz couldn't sell out a show -- anywhere -- in the U.S. since he's one of the hottest rappers in the game. As for his reputation, we think it's still intact.

In the meantime, Wiz is enjoying fatherhood with his newborn son, Sebastian "The Bash" Taylor Thomaz. "Home wit Bash and it feels amazing. Lil dude is juss sleepin in my arms," he recently tweeted to his followers. "Me n Bash juss chillin listenin to Bob Marley :)." Yeah mon!
