Summer is here and of course the sounds of the season define these moments and many others. From outdoor music festivals to rooftop parties, every artist hopes to hold the reigns over our summer music playlists.

In TheDrop.FM’s Best of Summer Survey, fans can vote for their favorite rappers and singers in a variety of categories from Best Tour of the Summer to Hottest Body. Best Album of Summer 2013: This summer of 2013 is major for hip-hop as J. Cole, Kanye West, Jay Z and Wale all dropped albums around the same time. Ciara also made a comeback and represented for the ladies in this category. Best Tour of Summer 2013: Outdoor festivals and huge stadium venues are featuring your favorite artists this summer. There's nothing like seeing that special rapper or singer live onstage. Hottest Female Body of Summer 2013: Everyone wants to show off what they've been covering up all winter through their Instagram accounts. These singers and rappers have been in the gym keeping their curves tight and tummies toned for bikini beach days. So it's time to give props where they're due.
