Scarface is a bonafide H-Town legend, having started his career as a part of the Geto Boys trio in 1989 -- a crew that had been constantly revolving its members. This rhymer was actually brought in to replace another rapper who split from the group. His inclusion proved to be the perfect choice for all parties involved.

The Geto Boys dropped their second LP, 'Grip It! On That Other Level,' with Scarface in 1989. Two years and two albums later, the three men were on a national platform. That same year, Face dropped his debut, 'Mr. Scarface is Back,' to rave reviews, since becoming one of the best to do it in any city, not just Houston.
