Hollywood actor-turned-rapper Rick Gonzalez invites listeners to his reality of the streets on his new mixtape, 'In Grind We Trust.' Under his rap name Realm Reality, the newcomer presents 14 head-nodding tracks for your listening pleasure.

The mixtape boasts guest appearances from Fred the Godson, Joell Ortiz, Roc Marciano and Mobb Deep's Prodigy, who signed him to his Infamous Records label. On the production end, beat-makers Nottz, the Olympicks, Alistfame, G Rocka, BreakWorks and others provide him with some cool instrumentals.

Realm Reality kicks off the mixtape with the sinister-sounding 'Grindmode Infamous,' as he details how he stays focused on his grind. Other standouts include "I Just Want to Be There' with its soulful sample and Fred the Godson spitting his witty punchlines. On 'Immoral Ventilation' Realm, Roc Maricano, AG da Coroner and Termanology recite harrowing stories about the tough and uncompromising streets of New York. The Brooklyn emcee escapes the gritty streets to enjoy the island life on 'Cayman Island Getaway' featuring Kid Daytona.

"It’s been a tedious process, plenty of tribulation," Reality told TheDrop.fm about the recording of his mixtape. "I guess because nothing good ever comes easy. As an artist, you enjoy the journey more when you hear the product after everything that you went through to put the project together."
