Queen Latifah – Rappers Who Can Act

Queen Latifah has ruled over Hollywood for over two decades. As one of the few female rappers to successfully transition into acting, the Oscar-nominated actress also sits behind the executive desk as a movie producer under the Flavor Unit Entertainment banner.

The films she's starred in and produced include 'Beauty Shop,' 'Just Wright' and the TV Movie 'Steel Magnolias,' in which she worked alongside Jill Scott and Alfre Woodard.

Next up, Queen Latifah will host her own daytime talk show, 'The Queen Latifah Show,' which premieres in syndication in September.
