Kendrick Lamar is seeing nothing but success. The "Alright" rapper is getting the key to his hometown, Compton, next month.

On Thursday (Jan. 14), the city's mayor, Aja Brown, announced on her Twitter account, that Lamar will be getting the honor on Feb. 13. "@kendricklamar you inspire millions + rep #Compton w/ honor! Excited to give you the #keytothecity Feb13th! #VisionForCompton #ComptonUp," she wrote.

"I appreciate that. HUBLUV," responded K.Dot on his own Twitter page. For those who don't know, HUBLUV is a shoutout to Compton, which is also called the Hub City, since it's centrally located in Los Angeles County.

Mayor Brown responded with a series of emojis including a happy face, praise hands and a peace sign.

This honor follows behind his hometown recognition during the 63rd annual Compton Christmas Parade where he was the Grand Marshal.

This is far from the first time the To Pimp a Butterfly creator has reached new levels of achievement lately. Earlier this week, he released a PSA video that showed his meeting with President Obama and encouraging viewers to sign up to be a mentor at mentoring.org. Not to mentioned, Lamar garnered 11 nominations for the 2016 Grammy Awards.

Congratulations to Kendrick Lamar on his prestigious hometown honor.
