One of the artists involved in Bad Boy's complex family tree is Charli Baltimore who was romantically connected with the Notorious B.I.G. at one point. The former Murder Inc. rapper turns 41 years old today (Aug. 16).

Baltimore, whose real name is Tiffany Lane, played Biggie's wife Faith Evans in Junior M.A.F.I.A.'s "Get Money" video. Three years later, in 1998, she released her first music video for the hit "Money." The single was also part of the Woo movie soundtrack and only achieved minor success.

Baltimore was supposed to be part of the Commission, a music supergroup that would've included Biggie, Jay Z, Lil Cease and Diddy. Unfortunately, Biggie's untimely death squashed that idea altogether and Baltimore was left struggling on her own. Her debut album, Cold As Ice, was only granted a 1999 promotional release. Because of the limited release, the album failed to chart despite featuring guest appearances from Ghostface Killah, Cam'Ron and Mobb Deep.

Things wouldn't get much better. The Diary (You Think You Know, her 2003 album with Murder Inc., got shelved and 2012's True Lies also went unreleased. Despite being in the game for two decades, she still hasn't officially released a studio album.

However, Baltimore has still tried to remained active. She's released two mixtapes in 2012 and 2013.
