Inspired by the birth of her son, Egypt, and being married to Swizz Beatz, 'Girl on Fire,' the title track off her 2012 album, shows the balance between a 21st century woman's work and home life.

Mostly focusing on her domestic life, Alicia Keys plays a mother who is looking after her kids and elderly mother. Through it all she shows off some Mary Poppins magic, too. Although some may say that this could be a step back in feminism because of how the video glorifies a woman's domesticity, Keys' lyrics keep it current thus showing how a woman can now do both, opposed to the generations that preceded us.

Whatever your feelings are toward the video, the captivating visuals, Keys' vocals and the song itself are the reasons this video had to be on the list.
