Last year, Cash Money Records celebrated winning big at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. This year, the label is planning an all-star party to increase awareness for diabetes following the awards.

Following the MTV VMAs, the event will take place on Aug. 25 in Brooklyn, N.Y., at the Skylight One Hanson venue. Cash Money Records' big names including Birdman and Lil Wayne will host while additional artists like Drake and Busta Rhymes are expected to attend.

"We've had the honor of supporting with the American Diabetes Association through United Health Care last year at our Annual Turkey Drive and we’re looking forward to collaborating with ADA directly this time around, and together we're giving Young Money/Cash Money Records VMA after-party a really wonderful purpose. We're raising awareness and hoping to soldier on towards a cure," said Cash Money co-founder Ronald “Slim” Williams in a statement.

“Slim and I have always believed in giving back, and we are thrilled to give back to the community through the American Diabetes Association and party with a purpose," Birdman shared.

The after-party is invite only but a limited number of tickets will be available for sale to the general public, with proceeds going towards the American Diabetes Association of Greater New York. Tickets start at $250.
