Birdman is being branded a horrible boss to work for in a new lawsuit by a former employee. An ex-worker named Javier Nuno is suing the Cash Money CEO for not paying his salary for over two years.

According to Jasmine Brand, Nuno claims that he worked over 70 hours a week at Birdman’s mansion in Miami from September 2012 to February 2015. He claims he was supposed to be paid a $1,000 per week, which is a total of $4,000 per month. He also calculated the overtime that he worked without getting paid.

Overall, Nuno says he's owed $129,000 for his regular work week, as well as an additional $48,375 in overtime pay. In total, he is seeking $354,750 in damages.

Of course, this isn’t the only lawsuit Birdman is facing right now. The 46-year-old rap mogul is currently embroiled in a $51 million legal battle with Lil Wayne who wants to leave Cash Money.

Attorneys for Birdman had no comment on his newest legal case.
