Folks have been obsessed with Beyonce's tummy as soon as they heard the 31-year-old singer was pregnant -- remember her 2011 MTV Video Music Awards red carpet pose showing off her baby bump? This year, on Jan. 8, news broke that Bey was in New York City's Lenox Hill hospital on Manhattan's Upper East Side, ready to give birth to a little girl named Blue Ivy Carter. Jay-Z and Beyonce reportedly rented out the hospital's entire fourth floor for $1.3 million for the birth. Employees apparently had to turn off cell phones and security cameras were covered to respect the couple's privacy.

Moreover out of excitement for his newborn daughter, Hov recorded a song immediately after her birth. Titled 'Glory,' fans had a chance to hear the track a day after she was born. B.I.C. was featured on the song -- an abbreviation for Blue Ivy's full name -- and earned her the title of the youngest person on a project that made it to the Billboard charts. The child was not out of the womb for an entire day before she had the opportunity to make history.
